Every day, around this time

...A dog on my street barks for a half hour or so. Sometimes other dogs join in, but there's always at least one. My dog tends to lie on my bed and grumble about it, though sometimes she'll go stand at the window and grumble about it.

I wonder what it is about 4ish every day that prompts this dog to start.
